Shipping Methods

We will send a Dispatch Notification email on behalf our forwarder to you after the forwarder has dispatched your order. The majority of our orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the payment is verified. You can expect to receive this email within 2 - 4 business days after you have placed an order. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order. Return and Exchange Policy

Your interest is protected by our 30-days guaranteed return policy, we accept products sold by FUTURE MALL with less than 30 days of receipt (based on delivery record). Please contact CS first and provide your Order Number and Indicate products with return reason. Pack the returned products along with our CS acknowledgement message securely in a box that we can expedite your request

Please keep and return all packaging, including all original packaging boxes, product original labels, hang tags, certificates, manufacturer's warranty certificates, instructions, gifts, and all accessories, etc., and ensure that all packaging is returned in good condition. The labels or hang tags on the goods must also be kept intact. If they are damaged or folded, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If the goods have been assembled, please ensure that their assembly status is consistent with the time of purchase. If the packaging and assembly status of the goods do not meet the above conditions, arrangements for returning or exchanging the goods may not be made.

All return shipping parcel must use traceable courier such as CXC, SF, HKpost Courier (but not acceptable for Registered Letter/ Packet for returning) and the shipping fee must be paid and is non-refundable. We cannot accept COD returns.

Once we have successfully retrieved the relevant items, prior to issuing the refund, we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Important notes


• Only one return is allowed per order


• The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.


• If FUTURE MALL does not receive the goods within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return of the goods.


• Any opened, used, or damaged goods due to personal reasons are not eligible for return or exchange.


• If the returned goods come with promotional gifts or products purchased at a special price, these items must also be returned together. Otherwise, the refund will not be processed.


• When returning accompanying gifts, we will deduct the value of the gift or special price product from the refund.

Non-returnable items


•Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.


•Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).


•Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts, or did not retain the SaSa Label.


•Any discount, clearance or sales product that FUTURE MALL has already stated non-returnable.


•Any free gift product and samples.


•Any product that is purchased at FUTURE MALL stores.


•Any protective care items.


•In the event of dispute, Sasa.com's decision shall be final and conclusive.

Refund timeline: 14 working days upon the item return to FUTURE MALL.

Undeliver

無法派送的訂單:部份訂單會因收貨地址不詳、郵政信箱、酒店地址、多次派送均無人收件、收件人拒絕繳付稅項/拒絕提供身份證/未能為貨物進行報關或收件人拒收包裹等原因而被退回。

當郵遞公司將包裹退回給我們時,我們會在退款中扣除原本的運費、手續費及產品總額的百分之十五﹝如被退回的訂單是送往香港地址,我們將會在退款中扣除原本的運費、手續費及HK$25﹞作為退回訂單處理費。


退款時間:FUTURE MALL收回退件後約14個工作天內

Undeliverable orders: Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipiet.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. (For the return of undeliverable, re-stocking fee of HK$25 will be deducted from your refund.)
