Choosing another shipping company may require a longer delivery time.
Free Shipping
If your order meets the required total net value (see "Delivery Service Details" on the website) and you choose the shipping service of our recommended courier company, the company will cover the shipping cost. Your order will be eligible for the designated free shipping service.

Resale Prohibited
All FUTURE MALL products are sold directly to consumers and may not be resold for any commercial purposes. If we have any doubts about the intended use of the ordered products, we will refuse to sell them.
Product ownership, import documents, and fees
When FUTURE MALL ships the product, the ownership and risk of loss of the product will transfer from FUTURE MALL to you. FUTURE MALL will deliver the product according to your request. If the product is shipped to a location or country outside of Hong Kong, you may be required to pay additional fees or taxes, or register or apply for import permits in the destination or transit country for the product. These fees and document requirements depend on the laws of the destination, and FUTURE MALL cannot control or predict the amount of such charges. FUTURE MALL also assumes no legal responsibility for these fees or document procedures. If the product is detained by relevant authorities in the destination or transit locations during transportation, you will bear the corresponding loss, and FUTURE MALL will not be responsible. By completing the ordering process, you agree to these terms and take responsibility for all additional fees, taxes, or import document requirements related to shipping the ordered product. If the product is ultimately returned, the ownership of the product reverts to FUTURE MALL, and FUTURE MALL will charge 15% of the total product price to cover the shipping loss.
